Shipping Policy
- Processing Time:
Orders from stock are processed within 3 to 4 business days. In case order has been received after expiry of stocks, orders will be shipped in around 8 to 9 days. Custom orders may take longer. - Domestic Shipping:
Standard: 2–5 business days.
Express: 1–2 business days. - International Shipping:
Delivery within 7–21 business days. Buyer is responsible for customs duties. - Tracking:
Tracking details will be shared upon shipment. - Damaged Packages:

Refund Policy
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
- If the customer changes their mind, the product may be exchanged for another model or color (subject to availability).
- The returned item will first go through an inspection process.
- After approval, the amount will be adjusted against the new purchase.
- Any price difference and two-way shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Returns: – Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. – Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Order Cancellation and Refunds: – A firm order can not be canceled. However, if the customer has had a change of mind, He/She can exchange it for another model or colour. Funds will be adjusted against the price of the new purchase. Any price difference plus two way freight charges will be to the account of the Customer. The adjustment will be subject to the acceptance after inspection of the returned product.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, perishable items and perfumes cannot be returned unless defective.
- Process: Contact our customer service before returning any product.
