- 1. Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.
- 2. Delivery Timeline:
- Major Cities: 2 to 3 working days.
- Other Areas: 3 to 5 working days.
- 3. Shipping Charges:
- Standard shipping charges apply nationwide.
- 4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via SMS or Email (if applicable) to monitor your delivery status.
Refund Policy
Refund & Return Policy: Areej Luxe
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the product received is damaged, leaking, or the wrong item was delivered.
2. Time Frame:
Customers must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the order. Claims made after 7 days will not be entertained.
3. Condition of Product:
To be eligible for a refund, the perfume must be in its original packaging. Used or partially consumed products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect in the spray mechanism.
4. Refund Process:
Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days.
5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a return for a damaged product, Areej Luxe will bear the return shipping charges.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

- 1. Order Cancellation:
- Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.
- Once the order has been dispatched and a tracking number is issued, cancellations will not be accepted.
- 2. Return Policy:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, leaking, or the wrong item was delivered.
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging and unused.
- 3. Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are available if a manufacturing defect is found in the spray mechanism.
- If you receive a wrong fragrance, we will exchange it with the correct one at no extra shipping cost to you.
- Exchanges for "change of mind" are not applicable due to the nature of fragrance products.
- 4. How to Claim:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via WhatsApp with your Order ID and a photo/video of the issue.
