Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an extra day.
- your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item immediately. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or refund.
- If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local sorting office before contacting us.
- Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed.
Refund Policy
Damaged/Defective: The item arrived broken or with a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Item: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.
Not as Described: The item is significantly different from the photos or description in our shop.

Order Cancellation:
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Please message us immediately through the shop portal.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the Return Process once the package arrives.
- Timeline: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Process: Contact us to check the availability of the new item. We will "hold" it for you while we wait for your original item to arrive back at our warehouse.
- Cost: For size/color exchanges, the buyer covers the return shipping,
