Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your city and courier service.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary by location and order size. Any special delivery offer will be clearly mentioned at the time of order.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with order details. Tracking information is shared when the parcel is dispatched.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas. Availability will be confirmed before dispatch.

No Refund on Used Products
Perfumes are personal care items, so refunds are not applicable once the product has been opened or used.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation and refund are not possible.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5 to 7 working days.
