Order placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, onlyif the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or exchange
The item must be unused and in original packaging
The product must be returned with proof of purchase
Non-Returnable items
Due to the nature of perfumes, we do not accept returns or refunds for;

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed with 5-7 working days
Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credits(as per your policy)
Damaged or incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong item delivered
To be eligible for a return:
Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof(images/video) is required.
The product must be returned with proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
