Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time usually takes 5–10 business days for local orders and 7–15 business days for international orders, depending on the destination and courier service.
Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location and are shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under our policy guidelines.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Customized or handmade items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
