Vendor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ebeyzon Marketplace! These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern your participation as a seller on our platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Vendor Registration

  • Only individuals or businesses legally eligible to sell can register.
  • Vendors must provide accurate information, including business details, tax information, and bank account details for payouts.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

2. Product Listings

  • Vendors are responsible for creating accurate product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
  • All products must be genuine, safe, and comply with applicable laws. Counterfeit or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
  • Vendors must promptly update listings if products become unavailable or if any information changes.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Vendors set their own product prices.
  • Ebeyzon collects payment from buyers and disburses vendor earnings after deducting applicable platform fees or commissions.
  • Payouts are made according to the schedule defined by Ebeyzon. Vendors are responsible for any taxes applicable to their earnings.

4. Order Fulfillment

  • Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and provide accurate shipping information, including tracking numbers.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling shipping, packaging, and delivery of their products.
  • Any delays, cancellations, or issues must be communicated to the buyer and Ebeyzon immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must comply with Ebeyzon’s Return and Refund Policy.
  • Vendors are responsible for managing returns, refunds, or exchanges for their products as outlined by the platform.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items must be addressed promptly.

6. Vendor Conduct

  • Vendors must operate professionally and ethically.
  • Fraudulent activity, misleading information, spamming, harassment, or illegal behavior will result in account suspension or termination.
  • Ebeyzon reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors must ensure their product listings, images, and descriptions do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Unauthorized use of Ebeyzon’s brand or content is prohibited.

8. Liability

  • Vendors are fully responsible for their products, orders, and compliance with local laws.
  • Ebeyzon is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from vendor activity, including disputes with customers.

9. Termination

  • Ebeyzon may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these terms, policy breaches, or inactivity.
  • Vendors may close their accounts after fulfilling all pending orders and financial obligations.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be resolved under Pakistani courts’ jurisdiction.
