At Hey Bubbles, we’re committed to ensuring that you receive your skincare products promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a seamless experience. 


All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business working days. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and you will be notified when your order has shipped, complete with a tracking number.


During peak seasons or promotional events, shipping times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

However, we understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect match for your skin. In that case, we are happy to offer an exchange for another product of equal value or a store credit for you to use on a future purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: The 24-Hour Rule
We pack every order with love and care, but sometimes accidents happen during transit.

If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time shown on your tracking information.
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
1: Act Fast! You must  WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot honor requests for damages reported after this window.

2: WhatsApp Us: Send a  WhatsApp from [Your WhatsApp number, e.g.,  with the subject line: “Urgent: Damaged Item & Order #[Your Order Number]”.

3: Include Proof: In your message, you must include:
○ A clear photo or video of the damaged/incorrect product.

○ A photo of the shipping box and packaging materials.

○ Your order number and the full name by which the order was initially placed.
○ The return or exchange should be sent by the customer to the same address mentioned on the shipping label through any means possible, bearing the shipping charges as well.

4: Once we verify the damage, we will happily send you a replacement for the affected item at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a General Exchange (for non-damaged items)

If a product isn’t right for you, here’s how to start an exchange:

1: Check Eligibility:

○ The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
○ Your exchange request must be made within 7 days of your delivery date.
2: Contact Us:
○ WhatsApp our team from [Your WhatsApp number] with the subject line: “Exchange Request & Order #[Your Order Number]”.
○ In the text, please tell us which product you are returning and which product you would like in exchange.

3: Ship It Back:

○ Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
○ You (the customer) are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4: Get Your New Goodies:

○ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship out your new product. As a thank you,

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

● Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.
● Sale or clearance items.
● Gift cards.
● Any item for which an exchange is requested more than 7 days after delivery.
● Furthermore, we reserve the right to reject the exchange & or return of any product.

  • In case of canceling the parcel upon arrivel a valid reason must be provided to the courier; otherwise, shipping costs will be borne by the customer even if the product has not been excepted
